PromptReady — Terms of Service

By creating an account or using PromptReady (“the Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

PromptReady provides AI-generated lesson prompts for homeschool parents teaching grades K-8. Subscribers access a library of pre-written, standards-aligned teaching prompts across Math, Reading, Writing, and History, which they copy and use with third-party AI assistants (such as Claude) to generate lessons for their children. PromptReady does not itself generate lessons on the Basic or Free tiers — you are responsible for pasting prompts into a third-party AI service of your choosing and reviewing the output before using it with your child.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. PromptReady is designed for use by parents/guardians on behalf of their children; children do not create their own accounts.

• Free: No cost. Limited to 4 lesson prompts per month, one grade, no progress tracking or photo uploads.
• Basic: $9.99/month or $97.99/year, billed per child. Includes unlimited lesson prompts for one included grade (all subjects), full progress tracking, and photo uploads. Additional grades may be added for $4.00/month each, subject to a maximum of one additional grade per child.
• Premium: Not yet available. Details will be published when this tier launches.
• Subscriptions automatically renew each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access through the period you’ve already paid for.
• If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again over a grace period. If payment cannot be collected after retries are exhausted, your account will revert to Free tier limits; your historical progress and uploaded photos are retained (view-only) and are not deleted.
• Prices are subject to change with notice to active subscribers before the change takes effect on their next billing cycle.

Your child may automatically unlock the next sequential grade at no additional charge upon completing 80% of that grade’s tracked competencies. If a grade was previously added as a paid add-on, the associated add-on charge will stop upon the unlock; your base subscription continues as normal. This feature is provided as described and may be adjusted over time.

Any photos you upload as proof of your child’s work remain yours. You grant us a limited license to store and display this content back to you within the Service. We do not use your uploaded photos for any purpose other than displaying them to you within your account.

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with people outside your household
• Attempt to circumvent grade-lock or usage limits through technical means
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Resell, redistribute, or publicly republish PromptReady’s prompt content

PromptReady provides prompts intended for use with third-party AI assistants. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the output generated by those third-party services. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content before using it with your child.

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that lesson prompts will be free of errors, or that any particular educational outcome will result from their use. PromptReady is a supplementary teaching tool, not a substitute for professional educational guidance or your jurisdiction’s homeschool compliance requirements — you are responsible for confirming your own compliance with applicable homeschool regulations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptReady is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account and any child profiles at any time through the Billing section of your account, which will also cancel any active subscriptions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
